Been living in Perak for the last four years, heard of this place but never once visit it. It is just about 15 minutes drive from the house. Well, maybe I can be excused due to too busy with the work, then being posted to Fiji for the last 14 months. Finally last week I managed to get myself over there with two photographic friends…

Went to boxing matches last Saturday, 12 matches in all. Never know about this until Faiz of A Jan Group told me a few hours before. They are sponsoring a boxer from Fiji and his fight against a Samoan was a second last. His big brother match was the main event but he lost. It was exciting.

p/s – this remind me of those good old times of Muhammad Ali and the gang

Heungryunsa Temple, Incheon, South Korea

never been to South Korea before, so when my home passage turned in last month, I asked for a flight to Kuala Lumpur using Korean Air, transit a night at Incheon. The flight time from Nadi to Incheon was almost 10 hours, way too long for me. We were given a night accomodation at Hyatt Regency Incheon ( hehehe…great hotel ) and the day after was used for a short tour at Incheon.

Rugby is a barbaric game played by gentlemen, and so it said by Winston Churchill… Fiji played in the second game last night against the current World Champion South Africa after defeating Namibia. The Springboks proved to be too much for The Flying Fijians and they were pulverised 49-3…
